Stroke update

Well it has been a long week, I was discharged from Meritus Medical Center on Wed around noon. Was feeling fair but not great, at 5pm that evening I was hit with another stroke. My wife called the ambulance and off I go again. This time they flew me from Hagerstown to UPMC hospital in Pittsburg, Pa. Those folks were wonderful, I spent the last 4 days under their care. I've had two strokes, lost some eyesight in my right eye, they said it may not come back. Over all I guess I can thank The Lord I still have all my other body functions. Now starts the recover time, keep me in your prayers for a speedy recovery.

Wow! This sounds like a major bummer. But it is encouraging to see you posting about what's going on, so that's a positive in my book. Yes, many things to pray about and many things to still be thankful for.
