Here are a few others that I have used.

      Tucker St ramp, Annapolis
      Truxton Park, Annapolis
Ellen O. Moyer Nature Park at Back Creek, 1314 Edgewood Rd, just past Bert Jabin's yacht yard
Homeport Farm - off of Homeport Dr., Annapolis
Goodhands Creek Landing, Queen Anne's County
Shipping Creek Landing, Queen Anne's County

I created an Excel spreadsheet showing some launch sites in the greater Annapolis area that give:
      - Name and Address of Launch Spot
      - Body of Water
      - Type of Launch
      - Parking
      - Trailers Allowed
      - Fee

If anyone wants a copy of the database, send me your email address.

There are plenty for Stripers sitting just outside St. Jerome Creek but you'll have to weed through them to find the keepers. I fished there last Friday and caught fish on every cast but only kept one around 20". Hit me up if you would like to run out sometime. I launched from my place and peddled out to the mouth. There's also a launch site on the south side of the creek that leaves you a short paddle or pedal to the mouth. There are also a tons of other fish showing up there now.

You have a 6 mile paddle from Pier 7 to get to stripper water. Even with my motor, it would take me two hours to get there at half speed.

Hahaha, stripers are all through the chesapeake, but not all launches are great for catching them. Lots of people want to target them but don't know where to focus on. For example, I probably wouldn't spend much time in middle river, back river or the gunpowder even though some can be there.

Not that I would go to Back river to target rock, Ive only caught 1 rock in my yak and that was my 1st kayak fishing trip, and it was in back river near my old marina. The river has been getting better over the years. I used to keep my boat at riverside and one evening I came back from fishing all day, burning alot of gas and probably traveled close to 100 miles that day and took a skunk. There was 2 guys at the end of the pier tossing rattle traps and bailing 1 fish after another of 20-25" rock. Go figure.....lol.

Even in lenny Rudow's book about Striper fishing he skipped talking about middle river and back river saying they were dead rivers.

This is a pretty comprehensive list.

Paddling.net is also an excellent resource (and app) for accessing launch sites for yaks and canoes. Not necessarily geared to fishing, but good info nonetheless. You can even add new ones as you find them
