Went up the road to St Jeromes this afternoon, managed to wrangle in a few fish. The afternoon stayed overcast, so the topwater bite started a little early, which I was very happy with. I snagged a 23" on a badonkadonk and a 20" on a gulp. My dad kept a 19". We both caught a few shorts, and lost a few big fish on topwater, I guess our reflexes were too good!

The badonkadonk was 4 1/2" High Pitch since it was a very choppy day. The hits were actually hard to see because the fish would ride a wave to the lure with an open mouth! Gotta love the topwater though!
