Deep Creek Lake 10/4 -10/6

My family and I went to Deep Creek lake to camp and fish. This was the first time I've ever done some real fishing out there, it was pretty fun.

I caught...
16" redfin chain pickerel

11" walleye. We were looking for keepers but didn't find any.

Little Smallmouth.

...all my fish were caught live lining minnow.
My brother caught some the same way and a few trolling.

Little Yellow Perch. Only one we got...we were expecting more.

We were fishing pretty far into the fingers along the weed beds. No pike, but that's a reason to go back.

I've never been to Deep Creek either. I hear it's a great place to fish. I like the variety of species you encountered.

I had some amazing bass fishing on savage resevior which is on the way to deep creek. I only wish I had a fish finder.
