  • Antietam creek

Well I finally got out yesterday with good friends Rob Goebel and Kevin May, we floated the Antietam Creek near Hagerstown. It was a beautiful day to be out and really enjoyed the day. Caught a nice brown trout on a 3" YUM dinger in Green Pumpkin Purple Flake. The bite was a little slow yesterday but overall it was a gorgeous day so who's complaining 😉

Tom, keep in touch if you want to tag along as Greg and I both have trailers for in and out. The fish can be smaller most times, but its a great July/August float when you feel like you are cooking on the river. The water is colder when warm water turns the fish off in hot summers.
