    From the picture ads it has the same strap that came with mine, which was the spring cambuckle. I solved the flipping down under my yak problem by going with 2 straps, one set on the front of the pads and one set on the back.

      I like the C Tug cart but its way too low. Its ok if you have next to nothing on the kayak and you can mount it in the back for fishing. We used them for hunting and you carry 4 times the weight with you and you have to mount mid ship. Then you have to lean over to pull it and that gets hard fast. If they just changed that the support pieces could be elevated I would buy one.

      I welded my own that I can break down and store in the front hatch. I have changed the wood pieces to T bars with Pool noodle.
