Friday report on the Patapsco

Launched at Fort smallwood yesterday afternoon and fished till 6:30. I started out trolling umbrellas and only caught one small rock. I put on a jigging spoon and started drifting with the wind. At first I only caught perch but then I found some stripers. All of the perch and most of the stripers were small. I measured a 21" and a 20" Rock and had a couple more around that size. Also caught a channel cat. Probably caught over 60 fish so it was a nice evening.20160715_170432.jpg

So you were drifting and jigging off the bottom? How deep ?
