New member, public service announcement, I found a stick pin did you lose it?

I found a stick pin yesterday along the roadway, it looks like it may have been lost by a kayak paddler off a moving vehicle.

It is similar to but a little different from the stick pin I use on my outboard skiff. If you lost one recently in the MD/VA/WV "tristate area" please let me know. I can use it myself, but I would like to return it to the original owner if the owner can ID it and tell me where they may have lost it.

Ah...you mean a stake out pole. Never heard the term stick pin before
