  • Fun day Verrazano bridge

    Wife, kids and friends of ours played in the ocean I was able to do some fishing. No stripers but was def my best saltwater day as of yet. Learning slowly image.jpgFishing was non stop all day. Using fishbites (bloodworm) near the east side of the bridge.

          Caught 2 trout, lol what's funny catching things in the bay not even sure what they are. I know they are a trout, just not exactly sure what kind. Caught both in exact same spot

            Last time I was at the Verrzano Bridge I paid $13 just to cross the damn thing, and that was in 2008! I never suspected there would be fish under it in such a heavily populated/ industrial area.

            The other fish photo is a croaker, or hardhead.
