Seat on my Hurricane is attached to the floor in the seat well. There is an elastic strap that keeps the seat back up. It hooks to a loop in the rear storage well .

The navigation lights are LED from Bass Pro. I got them at Arundel mills. The LED seat well lights also came from there. They had a nice assortment.
