First osprey sighting

Saw my first osprey of the year today. Nothing says spring like their arrival. I always enjoy watching the true master fisherman work the water and it is so soothing to watch them glide, hover, and dive. Let the fishing begin!

There were a ton of them and bald eagles around my fishing spot Monday

Potomac has a lot of them and bald eagle. I love seeing them hunt and play with each other especially bald eagles

I saw one standing on a nest on Tuesday in the Severn River.

It was quite unhappy as I went under its nest in my kayak and it let me know with high pitched squeals.

I was thinking: "Smart bird. You missed our February."
