I use a double hook bottom rig with minnows. If you don't wanna mess with live bait, curlytail grubs, gulp minnows and similar small plastics work just the same on this rig

How much weight are yall using on the drop rigs and how are the hooks tieD? Also what weight line are yall using? I have a medium inshore teramar rod with 15lb braid on a 3000 reel, a medium light inshore compre with a 2500 reel and 10lb braid and a bass pro ultralite rod with 6lb mono I could use

I use 1/2 to 3/4 oz. weight. More if it's really deep or lots of current. As far as rods go with your lightest setup. As far as tying on hooks Google perch rig -for you tube videos
