One of my goals is catching a tog every month. I finally caught a tog in January. Now February is the only one left without a tog - But February will be a huge challenge.

Shrimp, my only bait.

Based on the current, I arrived at 06:00AM. The bites were rare and super subtle. I had about 7 bites for 15 pilings. Two togs came off.
The boater used mussel. He later fished piling, caught 1 keeper 3 throwbacks.
top water temp: 43F

I am trying to fish for tog until I get skunked.
