Dry Suit recommend

Sorry if this is an "old topic". Just wanted to ask if 1) there are any brands I should consider beyond Kokotat and NRS? I like the gear I have bought from both of these companies......

2) I am assuming there will be lots of days this winter when the water is cold but ambient air is mild, lets say 40's and 50's, (thinking optimistically
!). Is a Gore-Tex drysuit the ticket for these conditions? I have owned drysuits (back in the day) that left me in the proverbial pool of sweat!

I ordered a Kokatat the other day, it is "out for delivery" as I type this, just waiting on the postman to show up.
