I caught the biggest rock by far, it just happened to be a real rock. Bent the hell out of my drive. 30 minutes to get back to the Jeep and replace the front shaft and get back on the water. I was working like a NASCAR pit crew.
I managed a few small blues and a small rockfish but I couldn't get a perch to save my life.

Everyone should believe in something... I believe I'll go fishing.

Sounds rough. My friend larry and I caught about 60 perch and a bunch of smaller rock in the chester. 16 inch rock was the biggest. I had a 12.25 inch perch but wasn't entered in the tournament. Thought it was a tough day fishing all in all

You all fished hard. Even as it started raining, numerous kayakers could be seen all around the calm glassy waters of the Chesapeake. Congratulations to all of you, and especially the winners , who are now featured on http://chesapeakebaykayakanglers.com

This lucky guy! (in the middle. On the ends are the generous guys from Valley Mill Boats who donated the kayak)
