  • Any recommendations for mounting GoPro behind yak seat?

It could be something that mounts directly to the yak or something that mounts to your crate. Just looking for ideas. Thanks!

I purchased a handle bar mount from GoPro. Fits a scotty light pole just right

I mount mine on a flexible goose neck from an old lamp. It's about 3' long, free and is infinitely adjustable. I've had it for years with no issue. From there I typically put it in the sail mast holder on the hobie or in one of the rod holders in the back.

I have a 3 rod holder mounted to my crate and use a diy modded targus monopod in one of the rod holders. I use a little extra pipe insulation foam around it for a tight fit.
heres the link to the mod for the pole. It will fit in any flush mount rod holder as well.
