    No bass. Just micro-white perch.

that water does not look like the clarity you favor but that shows those fish will still eat, nice job Tom!

I fished the two lower branch arms on the Howard County side of the reservoir.

Thanks Dave, but it wasn't too exciting. The main body of the reservoir had some good sized waves. Water clarity was not great, but looked way better than Browns Bridge was at Rocky Gorge.
Saw one boat out in the main lake and a canoe with a trolling motor. I pounded the shore and fallen trees for a couple of hours in search of bass, with no results. Then broke out the bottom bouncer to see if any white perch, yellow, perch, or crappies were about. Found the micro-sized white perch. Was hoping for some schools of crappie, but didn't come across them yet. I pretty much caught all the perch within the last 30 minutes I was there.

Thanks, it doesn't look too muddy in the little bit of water in the picture.

Turtle135 knows I'm a cry baby when it comes to water clarity. haha If I have a choice I gravitate to clear water. My favorite is smallie fishing on the Upper Potomac in the summer time when the water is crystal clear.

Those perch sure look shiny and clean for being in a mud bath

Way to go Tom. That was a tough bite yesterday. I fished the lake from the very top to the very bottom and only had 4 bites. Landed 2. Big Branch was chocolate milk.

That jointed fire tiger floating rapala minnow is a consistent producer of fish for me at Triadelphia. Nothing big eats it, but plenty of smaller fish go after that thing for some reason.

I will be slinging something in that color this afternoon/evening...I'm going to embrace the fire tiger.
