trout fishing closure dates?

haven't been fresh water fishing in forever. but going to do it this year.

can somebody explain these trout closure dates? really confused... Different ones and overlapping dates are throwing me off.

The closure date codes 0, 1, etc give a date range you cannot fish.
Closure 0 - No Closure
Closure 1 - March 10 to March 30
Closure 2 - March 24 to March 30
Closure 3 - April 14 to April 20
Closure 4 - April 22 to April 27

So if a location has a 1,3 the dates you cannot fish would be
March 10-30 and April 14-20

I think this is normally the restocking time.
