The wind was pretty fierce, I'll start by saying that. It made fishing the incoming next to impossible b/c of the incoming tide combined with the current. At one point as I was drifting on the edge of the main channel across from the tennis courts, I looked down at my FF and was moving at a steady 4.0 mph without peddling. Around the time the wind slacked up ( just a wee bit), so did the tide. I managed one nice keeper spec, lost another (approx. 17-18 in) at the boat and caught a bunch of short flounder (13-17 in.). I swear, if they dropped the size limit to 6 inches, I would catch a dozen 5.5 inchers. Frustrating . All in all a great way to spend a sunday before driving back to watch the Ravens dominate. Ill be heading down again in around the 15th if anyone is interested. Fresh Maine scallops and spec trout for dinner tonight
